There aren't enough superlative adjectives to describe Flo and Meng. Because of an evolving family health situation that kept me out of town longer, they ended up extending a 2 week stay into a month. They provided exceptional care for my elder dog and my home. Because of the unexpected extension, they ended up needing to do extra tasks like make my dog's food, water the plants and garden, deal with mail, and go to the vet to pick up prescription food. They did all of this with grace and openness. I overlapped with them for a day in the middle of the stay — they were super friendly, kind, and interesting; dog was clearly really bonded with them; and the house was super clean and generally had great energy. My dog unfortunately developed a minor skin issue and Meng and Flo struck the perfect balance of communicating with me and problem-solving. They left the house spotless and organized. Overall, they were exceptionally conscientious, flexible, friendly, caring, clean, responsible, responsive, communicative, and kind. My dog bonded beautifully with Flo and Meng and I hope they will stay at my house in the future. I recommend Flo and Meng enthusiastically and without hesitation.

Florian & Meng are five-star (am I allowed to give six stars?!) sitters in every sense. From the moment we met them on our pre-sit video chat, we knew that our dog, Murphy, and our home would be in the very best hands. And boy, were we right! Aside from being incredibly lovely people to hang out with, Florian and Meng were communicative, kind, and treated our home and pup like they were their own. They arrived having thoroughly read the Welcome Guide, had thoughtful questions about Murphy, gave us plenty of message and photo updates while we were gone, and left the house absolutely spotless. We know Murphy got all the love in the world — lots of long walks, dog park visits, couch cuddles, and belly rubs. (And our dog is notoriously *not* a cuddler — so the fact that he did says everything you need to know about Florian and Meng!) We'd recommend them without hesitation, and would love to have Florian and Meng come back again anytime — for a sit, or just to hang out with us & Murphy! Thank you again for everything.

Florian and Meng were wonderful sitters! They were by far the most organised sitters that we've ever had and they communicated so well in the lead up to the sit that we felt very confident leaving our dog Biggy in their care. He warmed to them very quickly and we loved receiving their updates during our trip. We returned home to a tidy apartment and a happy dog. We would gladly have them back, and recommend them to others looking for friendly and reliable sitters! Thanks again!

Florian took great care of our 2 cats during his stay. He proactively communicated with us before, during and after the sit. We were able to enjoy our time away from home knowing our cats were in great care. He also left the home spotless and helped with our transition back by washing the sheets before he left. Absolutely loved having Florian and Meng care for my pup Mr. Willson for 2.5 weeks and highly recommend them for your pets, too. I can tell my dog misses them and he had an amazing time with them. They were incredibly thorough before the sit in asking questions and getting to know Mr. Willson's personality to make sure it was a great fit to them. They were patient with me when my travel plans were still up in the air and I took a bit to nail down dates/flights with them. And really communicative/clear in their needs/hopes for the sit which I appreciated. During the sit they sent me hilarious updates and I could tell they really loved hanging with Mr. Willson. My only regret is that I didn't get to know them before or after the sit, as our schedules didn't line up! I'd happily welcome them back anytime as friends or housesitters.

Florian and Meng were great house sitters for the 2+ weeks they stayed with our dog. They sent photos of him throughout our trip, brought him to the groomers, out on hikes, and even on a train ride. They clearly love dogs, and our dog loved them too. He was sad to see them leave. They left the house in super clean conditions, watered our plants, and were proactively communicative about mail. Would highly recommend them to anybody! Looking forward to having them back again.

We had an amazing experience with Meng and Florian, who stayed with Chewie for 3 weeks this summer, during our family visit to Europe. We had a super nice first chat, and they immediately made the impression that they would be the perfect sitters for Chewie. Meng and Flo really love pets, as well as the outdoors, and our doodle had the time of his life. We kind of felt bad having to get him back to his "regular" schedule upon our return. ;-) They also kept the home in perfect shape and even interacted with the gardener to solve a small issue in the backyard. Overall, 100% trustworthy and reliable, and we'd love to welcome them back in our house anytime!

We were absolutely thrilled with Florian and Meng, who pet sat our two senior kitties. Even though this was their first time using the service, we couldn't have asked for better sitters! They took fantastic care of our two senior cats, including administering daily medication to one of them, which was such a relief for us. Throughout our 5-week trip, they sent almost daily updates and pictures, often with a great sense of humor that we truly appreciated. It felt so reassuring to know our pets were in such capable hands. They even managed to win over our most difficult cat, who's usually quite tough to warm up to. We were seriously impressed! When we returned, our home was in excellent condition – even my husband, who is borderline OCD, was thrilled with how tidy everything was. They also took excellent care of our house plants, which was an extra thoughtful touch. Florian and Meng were friendly, clean, and respectful of our home. We can't thank them enough for their wonderful care. We would absolutely love to have them back in the future. If you're looking for responsible, caring sitters, we highly recommend them!
